What We Want To Do

A transparent pipeline of ready-to-fund community-led initiatives

This is our pipeline—a transparent backlog of initiatives that communities have identified as urgent, but which require funding, permits, or co-funding partnerships to proceed. By publishing this list, we protect ourselves from accusations of selective giving and give donors clarity on where support is needed most.

Each project includes transparent budgets, prerequisites (such as conservancy committee approval or pending permits), and expected impact. When prerequisites are met and funding is secured, projects move to our "What We're Doing" portfolio.

Our fundable project pipeline is being prepared. Check back soon to see initiatives ready for support.

In the meantime, you can support our general fund or explore active cases.

How Our Pipeline Works

1Community Identification

Conservancies and community committees identify urgent needs through local knowledge and consultation.

2Co-Design & Verification

We work with communities to design practical solutions, verify feasibility, and establish transparent budgets.

3Approval & Prerequisites

Projects await conservancy committee approval, government permits, or co-funding partnerships as needed.

4Funding & Implementation

Once prerequisites are met and funding secured, projects move to active implementation with regular updates.
