This foundation seeks to address the pressing need for an organization that amplifies the voice of these conservancies, ensuring that they reap the rewards of their stewardship while preserving the soul of their heritage.

Often, the fruits of their land do not directly benefit them due to myriad reasons, from limited market access to lack of essential skills. The Grow Namibia Foundation operates as a Section 21 non-profit company registered in Namibia. This legal structure ensures that all activities are conducted for public benefit, not private gain, and that surplus funds are reinvested into our mission rather than distributed to shareholders.

Our governance framework includes independent board oversight, annual audited financial statements, and transparent reporting mechanisms. We adhere to international auditing standards and publish our financial reports, governance policies, and decision-making frameworks publicly.
